You enter through a misleading alley. Valet service till midnight was helpful. the valet was friendly. However, parking cost $50. Check-in went smoothly, and they provided info on cheaper off-site parking. Unfortunately, I didn’t bring the parking ticket with me and struggled with garage access on a Saturday morning. It took about 30 minutes to resolve. The AC in my first room didn’t work, but they quickly moved me to another. The bed was comfy but only had three pillows, and I felt hesitant to ask for more at that late hour. Breakfast options felt basic—scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon, bread, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit, and waffles—but edible. Location was fantastic, just a few minutes walk to the stadium. In hindsight, I’d stay again, especially regarding the parking tips I picked up this time around.

The hotel had an excellent location with plenty of nearby restaurants and easy access to amenities. The staff were accommodating, but cleanliness could be improved. I found leftover trash in the room, which was disappointing. The breakfast options were good, though the early closing made it feel rushed.

I really loved how comfortable the bed was and the hearing-accessible room made my stay super convenient. The Queen Studio was spacious and had a nice kitchenette, which was super convenient for snacks. The room offers a spacious kitchenette perfect for a longer stay, making it easy to whip up meals without relying on takeout. The lobby has a charming design, complete with ample seating for lounging or working amidst an inviting atmosphere.
Check-in seemed like a scene out of a chaotic cantina, with delays leading to frustrations. The parking situation caused some inconvenience, as retrieving vehicles took longer than expected, especially after busy nights. Noise from adjacent rooms and hallways could be bothersome, making it hard to relax after a long day.

My stay was fantastic, highlighted by the exceptional service from the breakfast staff, who made every meal enjoyable. Comfortable Stay with Some Room for Improvement
I had a spacious Queen Studio with a kitchenette, and it was conveniently located near the skyway. The bed provided great comfort after a long day of meetings. Unfortunately, I encountered a cockroach in the kitchenette, which was unsettling. Ensure your room’s outlet switch is on for charging devices!
